Deleting your data

How to have the platform operator delete what this platform holds about you.

The quick version

Open your own page — the personal link you were sent — and press the button that withdraws your agreement. We stop reading new figures immediately. That does not delete what is already there; for that, ask us.

Asking us to delete it

Write to the person at the platform operator who sent you the link and say you want your data deleted. We remove your name, your contact details and your account names within 30 days. Figures already counted into a finished report are anonymised rather than removed, because a report that changes after it was sent is not a report.

If you connected a platform account

Disconnecting it inside that platform tells us as well, and we stop reading anything from it and delete the access we were given. You do not have to tell us separately.
