Privacy policy

This page explains what the platform operator collects about the creators and campus ambassadors who work with us through this platform, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read by the person it is about.

Who we are

the platform operator operate this platform and hold what is described below. We run creator programmes on behalf of the brands who commission them; we are the party you registered with, the party who holds your details, and the party to write to about them.

What we hold

Your name and the account names you gave us; the contact details you gave us (email, phone, postal address); the links to content you made for a collaboration; and the public figures on that content — views, likes, comments, shares and similar. For campus ambassadors we also hold your school, department, term and squad. We do not hold your passwords, your private messages, or the analytics only you can see inside a platform.

Where it comes from

From you, on the sign-up form and on your own page; from the person at the platform operator you work with; and — where you have connected an account or agreed to it — from the public interfaces of the platform the content is on. Connecting an account is done inside that platform, and you can disconnect it there or here at any time.

What we use it for

Running the collaboration you agreed to, and reporting on how it went. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising targeting, and we do not share it with other creators. An agency working on a campaign sees only the collaborations they are running, and only while that campaign is open.

Who else sees it

The brand a campaign is for sees the work done for that campaign and how it performed — the content, the figures, and who made it. They do not receive your contact details, our roster, or anything about work you did for anybody else. Nothing is shared with other brands.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are working together, and afterwards for as long as the reporting on that work is still meaningful. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see the data deletion page.

What you can do

You can see what we hold about you on your own page, correct your details there, and withdraw your agreement to us reading your figures with one button — we stop reading new figures immediately. You can also ask us to delete what we hold.

Contact
